Christian Falk reports Bayern Munich are optimistic that Leroy Sané will join the club in the summer, with the Germany international rejecting a new contract at Manchester City.
Super agent Giovanni Branchini is working behind the deal which could see the Bundesliga club sign Sané for less than €100 million.
At the end of November, Bayern bosses held a two hour meeting with Branchini but it’s unsure whether they were discussing Sané, or Bayern’s search for a permanent head coach.
Branchini was instrumental in bringing both Pep Guardiola and Carlo Ancelotti to the Allianz Arena.
