Augsburg have opened negotiations with Hamburg regarding the transfer of 20-year-old Dutchman Rick van Drongelen, according to Bild.
The Bundesliga club are looking for a replacement for Martin Hinteregger, who has been linked with permanent stay at Eintracht Frankfurt, with Lazio and Crystal Palace also showing an interest.
Per the report, PSV have shown an interest in centre-back Van Drongelen, who is likely to cost a potential suitor around €8m.
