Hasan Salihamidzic met with PSG sporting director Antero Henrique for secret negotiations

Bayern Munich sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic and Paris Saint-Germain’s Antero Henrique held a secret meeting to discuss a possible move for defender Jérôme Boateng, according to Sport Bild journalist Christian Falk.

Bayern reportedly desire at least €50 million in order to let the German leave the club, but PSG are not willing to pay this price and they instead want to discuss a new offer.

Should Boateng leave, the immediate transfer of Stuttgart’s Benjamin Pavard could happen rather than in 2019, as expected.

Kicker also reported on Sunday night that PSG could offer Julian Draxler in a potential swap deal for Boateng, while these rumours were soon quashed by his agent,  Roger Wittmann, who spoke to Sport1: “Julian is staying in Paris.”

Speaking on Monday, Bayern Munich president Uli Hoeneß said: “Bayern Munich will not buy another player for the wings after the injury of Kingsley Coman. We can’t buy a player for three months,” via Sky.
