Borussia Mönchengladbach remain hopeful of landing West Ham United’s Reece Oxford, according to Kicker.
The 19-year-old joined the Bundesliga on loan in summer before being recalled by West Ham however, sporting director Max Eberl has stated that Gladbach do intend to make a permanent move for Oxford.
“We have spoken a lot with West Ham during the winter break. The talks continue to move forward. I hope there won’t be a bigger offer from another club. Then we have the chance that Reece comes back to us,” says Eberl.
