Borussia Dortmund have confirmed that André Schürrle was left out of their pre-season win against Manchester City as the Germany international is in talks with another club.
The Bundesliga club didn’t mention the interested party & nor has Kicker. However, Bild earlier reported that Schürrle could be used as a makeweight to sign Crystal Palace’s Wilfried Zaha, who also has interest from Tottenham Hotspur.
BVB sporting director Michael Zorc said via RN: “Schürrle will head back to Germany on Saturday. He’s in exploratory talks but with a clear motive.”
