Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino is on Bayern Munich’s shortlist to replace Jupp Heynckes, according to Sport Bild.
However, Spurs chairman Daniel Levy has no intention of letting the Argentine leave the Premier League club, with Pochettino holding a contract until 2021.
If Pochettino is Bayern’s No. 1 replacement for Heynckes, then Karl-Heinz Rummenigge and Uli Hoeneß will have to pay a substantial compensation fee.
Last week, Dietmar Hamann confirmed Bayern’s interest in his Sky column: “I know that Bayern got in touch with Pochettino. He was an option – and maybe still is.”
