Kevin Wimmer will now remain at Tottenham Hotspur following interest from his former side, 1. FC Köln, says agent Mithat Halis.
“Cologne made an offer. There have been a few offers from the Premier League and the Bundesliga. There is a lot of interest. Tottenham do not want to sell. All offers have been turned down and he is staying.”
Had it not have been for Jan Vertonghen’s injury – who will miss approx. two months – then who knows, perhaps he will have joined his former club on loan in this window.
