Julian Brandt rules out Bayern Munich move

Bayer Leverkusen winger Julian Brandt has poured cold water on rumours linking him with a summer switch to Bayern Munich.

Reports in Germany have been constantly linking the 21 year old with a summer move to the Bavarian club ever since the turn of the year, but Brandt says he won’t be moving to the Allianz Arena as he believes that he won’t get regular game time there.

“ If you make a move, there’s no guarantee that you will play. I think it is very important for me to play many matches next season and that’s what I can do here at Leverkusen.” Brandt told Focus.

Premier League club Liverpool have also been mooted as a potential destination for the Germany international who has scored three league goals so far this season.
