Maximilian Philipp has emerged as a candidate to replace Marco Reus at Borussia Dortmund, according to Friday’s Kicker.
Now, this doesn’t mean Reus will be leaving this summer. They state that it will be to cover his injury which he sustained in the DFB Pokal final – this could see him out of action until October.
Per various reports, the Freiburg forward has a €20 million release in his contract, which BVB may be willing to meet.
