Despite reports in France suggesting Lucien Favre may stay at OGC Nice, Kicker are now reporting that talks have already begun between him and Borussia Dortmund, following Thomas Tuchel departing.
As Favre has a contract with Nice until 2019, the Bundesliga club will have to pay a compensation fee should they wish to pursue the former Hertha BSC and Borussia Mönchengladbach head coach.
The fee is thought to be around €5 million.
