Uli Hoeneß potential Bayern return could see Franck Ribéry and Arjen Robben extend contracts

Uli Hoeneß’s possible return to Bayern Munich could see wingers Franck Ribéry and Arjen Robben extend their contracts at the Allianz Arena, according to Abendzeitung München.

The newspaper claims that the 64-year-old, who will run for the Bayern Munich presidency again, is known as an advocate of ‘old school’ wingers, and should he succeed, would be willing offer the duo new deals, with both of their contracts expiring in 2017.

The report also claims that Ribéry would like a final extension of two years before ending his career with the club.
