Shkodran Mustafi’s transfer from Valencia to Arsenal has been halted because the London club have not yet made a final offer to Valencia, according to Spanish news outlet Marca.
According to the report, a source close to Valencia have told Marca that the Spanish club have blocked Mustafi’s exit for the time being because Arsenal haven’t yet made a final offer for him.
