Despite interest from FC Schalke 04 and Zenit St. Petersburg, Leandro Paredes insists he wants to stay in the Italian capital – where he plays his football for Roma.
“I want to stay, that has always been my thought,” Paredes told Retesport.
“There is still nothing on the transfer front, I am a Roma player and I will continue to only think of that in my work.”
Zenit St. Petersburg have already made a €20 million offer for the attacking midfielder, according to Bild, whilst Christian Heidel wants to bring Paredes to Germany.
