After failing to gain a work permit, Liverpool will send Brazilian midfielder Allan Rodrigues de Souza to Hertha Berlin on loan, according to Liverpool Echo.
The German club posted a picture of the 19-year-old in training on Tuesday morning, via Twitter.
Allan spent his first season in Finland with SJK – on loan from Liverpool – before playing for Sint-Truidense in Belgium, where he featured nine times.
In May, Allan was part of the with Brazil U20s who played in a South Korean warm-up tournament ahead of next year’s U20 World Cup.
