According to Fabrizio Romano, Karim Adeyemi’s move from Borussia Dortmund to Juventus is off.
Over the past few weeks, Juventus have been trying to lure Adeyemi away from the Westfalenstadion.
With personal terms having been discussed between the Serie A outfit and the winger’s management, it appeared as though a deal was imminent.
As well as this, it had been reported that Juventus were preparing to offer the Champions League runners-up a total package worth €45 million for Adeyemi’s signature.
Nevertheless, Dortmund are now fully expected to keep the 22-year-old this summer.
This is because the departures of both Niclas Füllkrug and Youssoufa Moukoko are expected to be completed in the coming days, and Die Schwarzgelben do not want to lose more attacking depth.
As well as this, despite Juventus’ interest in Adeyemi, they have failed to begin negotiations with Dortmund.
Unless a lucrative bid is sent to the Black and Yellow’s, Adeyemi will not move to Turin this summer.
