According to Sky Germany, tensions are beginning to rise between the higher-ups at Borussia Dortmund which is seeing Sebastian Kehl and Edin Terzic against one another.
There are two sides against one another with Edin Terzic, Hans-Joachim Watzke and Matthias Sammer on one side and Sebastian Kehl and his assistants Slaven Stanic and Daniel Beiderbeck on the other.
There have been disagreements over recruitment as seen with the failed transfer of Edson Álvarez as well as other choices surrounding the team such as the appointment of Emre Can as captain.
This has resulted in one of Kehl’s assistants, Stanic, likely being removed from his role at the club. Kehl had originally hired assistants as he does not have as close allies at the club as Terzic and Watzke, but due to Stanic speaking negatively of Terzic after their Champions League game and Watzke demanding loyalty to the coach Stanic is facing expulsion from his role.
However, the job of Kehl is unlikely to be affected by the tensions for now.
