Eintracht Frankfurt in the hunt for Dennis Geiger

As Eintracht Frankfurt search the market for summer additions, Kicker report that Hoffenheim midfielder Dennis Geiger is an option for the Hessen club and with a contract expiring in the summer, the 24-year-old is available on a free transfer

However, other unnamed Bundesliga clubs have also shown an interest in Geiger in addition to Benfica and Everton. Per the report, an extension at Hoffenheim also can’t be ruled out with Geiger comfortable at the club.

Eintracht Frankfurt appear to be targeting players with expiring contracts. Another option for SGE is Cologne midfielder Ellyes Skhiri. The 27-year-old is in the final year of his current deal and is unlikely to sign an extension. Die Adler are reportedly in negotiations with representatives of Skhiri, who also has interest from Lyon.

These reports come with Daichi Kamada being in the final year of his contract at Eintracht, Djibril Sow attracting interest from several clubs whilst the long-term future of Sebastian Rode remains uncertain.
