Borussia Dortmund defenders Raphaël Guerreiro and Mats Hummels were absent from training on Tuesday.
The Bundesliga side confirmed that Guerreiro has tested positive for Covid-19 whilst Hummels is in quarantine due to cold-like symptoms. BVB are still awaiting a test result for Hummels.
Borussia Dortmund play Arminia Bielefeld on Sunday.
