Randal Kolo Muani’s agency hints at Eintracht Frankfurt stay

French consulting agency, MDC, has told Sport Bild that they expect their client, Randal Kolo Muani (24), to remain at Eintracht Frankfurt for another season despite interest from abroad.

“The plan is to stay for another year,” MDC are quoted as saying. Kolo Muani has a contract until 2027 after joining SGE on a free transfer from Nantes in the summer. This means that the Frenchman is likely to remain at the Hessen club until 2024 but that could change should Eintracht miss out on European football.

As reported via our colleagues Get French Football News, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Kolo Muani, who has scored five and created 10 in 14 Bundesliga games for Eintracht this season.

Eintracht sporting director Markus Krösche also believes that Kolo Muani will remain for another season, boosting his transfer value if he’s able to replicate his form in the 2023/24 season – in the very best case, SGE could expect to earn around €80m for the Frenchman, who has no release clause in his contract.

Kolo Muani missed out on France’s World Cup squad but following an injury in training to RB Leipzig’s Christopher Nkunku prior to the tournament, Didier Deschamps called upon the 24-year-old forward.
