Just 24 hours after confirming the signing of Jens Petter Hauge on a permanent basis, Eintracht Frankfurt have activated their option to buy for 25-year-old midfielder Kristijan Jakić.
The Croatia international joins for a reported €3.5m and has signed a four-year contract until 2026.
On loan from Dinamo Zagreb, Jakić played in 38 games out of a possible 44, including 12 times in the Europa League as the Croatian played an integral part in SGE lifting a major European trophy.
