Lucien Favre favourite to become Borussia Mönchengladbach head coach

According to Bild, Lucien Favre is the favourite to take the role of head coach at Borussia Mönchengladbach. 

The former Borussia Dortmund manager had previously worked at Gladbach as head coach between 2011-2015. 

During his time at Gladbach, Favre finished inside the Champions League places on two occasions. 

The 64-year-old is reported to be the favourite to make a return to Die Fohlen as the club seeks a coach who aligns with their ball possession philosophy. 

Other coaches being tipped for the job include current Krasnodar manager, Daniel Farke. The German previously managed in the Premier League with Norwich City.
