According to Bild, Borussia Dortmund are in the market for a new left-back and are considering a move for 20-year-old Ian Maatsen from Premier League side Chelsea.
The Dutch U21 international is under contract with Chelsea until 2024 and has spent the last season on loan in the English Championship with Coventry City.
Dortmund already have several options for a left-sided defender including Raphaël Guerreiro (28), Nico Schulz (29) and Tom Rothe (17).
However, reports suggest that BVB may be willing to move on either Guerreiro or Schulz and are therefore looking for new, slightly younger options.
