Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen amongst clubs interested in Cody Drameh

As reported by Fabrizio RomanoCody Drameh of Leeds United is attracting interest from a host of clubs, including Bundesliga duo Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen.

As well as BVB and B04, Drameh has interest from Lille and Newcastle United. The right-back’s contract at Leeds expires in 2024 and he is currently valued at €3 million by Transfermarkt.

The 20-year-old joined Leeds United from Fulham’s academy in 2021 and has made one appearance in the Premier League and one appearance in the Carabao Cup for Jesse Marsch’s side this season.

Dortmund would be the best landing spot for Drameh as they have lacked a quality right-back for some time and have had to play Niklas Süle there in recent weeks. A move to Leverkusen would only make sense when Jeremie Frimpong leaves die Werkself which on the form his is in maybe soon – the Dutchman is representing his country at the World Cup in Qatar after being called-up to Louis van Gaal’s squad.
