Bild report today that Bochum will allow 20-year-old central-defender Armel Bella-Kotchap to leave the Bundesliga side should they receive a transfer offer of around €10 million.
Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur, among others, have all shown previous interest in signing the German youth international, who is having a standout season in the Bundesliga.
Bella-Kotchap has a contract with Bochum until 2024.
