Alphonso Davies will be reintegrated into Bayern Munich training next week and could even make the squad for their Bundesliga game against Freiburg on April 2, according to Kicker.
The 21-year-old has completed his first sessions back at Bayern’s Säbener Straße HQ with his training duties to increase next week after Davies was diagnosed with myocarditis following a positive Covid-19 result.
Speaking to Bayern Munich TV, Davies said: “I’m giving my best, I’m working closely with the medical and rehab staff. I’m training very hard and without the ball, I run a lot and do some strength training. I hope to be able to help the team soon.”
Davies hasn’t played for Bayern Munich in 2022.
