Adam Hložek set to join Bayer Leverkusen from Sparta Prague for €22m

According to Patrick Berger, highly-related youngster Adam Hložek (19) is set to join Bayer Leverkusen from Sparta Prague this summer.

For some time, Hložek was linked with a move to Borussia Dortmund as a replacement for the departing Erling Haaland and also had interest from Bayern Munich.

However, the Czech Republic striker is now set to sign a five-year deal that will keep him at Bayer until 2027.

It’s reported that Hložek’s transfer fee is around €22m, an investment that is tipped to pay off if the striker lives up to expectations.

Hložek scored 12 goals and provided 15 assists in all competitions this season and was one of the top scorers in his home country.
