VfB Stuttgart sporting director Sven Mislintat has confirmed that the Bundesliga side have offered a new contract to 26-year-old defender Marc-Oliver Kempf.
“We would like to extend our cooperation with Kempf and after good discussions we have now submitted a concrete offer to him in writing,” Mislintat told Stuttgarter Zeitung.
Kempf has a contract until 2022 and has played 32 games in all competitions for Stuttgart this season, becoming an important member of Pellegrino Matarazzo’s squad.
