Multiple sources including Kicker and Sky Germany report that Ligue 1 side RC Lens have reached an agreement to sign 22-year-old central defender Kevin Danso from Augsburg.
The Austria international will join the club in a €5.5m deal that will rise to around €7.5m dependent on performance related bonuses whilst Augsburg have also included a sell-on percentage fee in the deal.
Three weeks ago, Danso announced that he would no longer train with Augsburg in order to force a move away from the club. Augsburg made it clear that he would only leave if they receive a suitable transfer offer.
Per Sky Germany, Danso is travelling to France where he will undergo a medical before signing a 5-year contract with the French club.
