2. Bundesliga side Fortuna Düsseldorf have announced the appointed of 37-year-old Christian Preußer from Freiburg II as head coach.
“With the election of Christian Preußer we are going a new way at Fortuna,” said board member Klaus Allofs. “He is a young coach and more than ready for the step. He has been in Freiburg for a long period and has proved that he can shape young players and develop a team.”
