Bundesliga side RB Leipzig have this evening confirmed that Norwegian forward Alexander Sørloth has joined La Liga side Real Sociedad on a season-long loan.
According to Bild, Real Sociedad paid RB Leipzig €2m to bring Sørloth to Spain whilst they have the option to purchase the 25-year-old for a fee believed to be around €15 million.
Sørloth joined RB Leipzig last summer for €20m but scored just six goals in 37 games in all competitions.
