Werder Bremen have reached an agreement with Hertha Berlin to sign 25-year-old forward Davie Selke for €10 million, according to Sky Germany.
The Bundesliga club have fought off competition from Premier League clubs that include Newcastle United and Aston Villa.
Selke will undergo a medical before signing a contract until 2024.
