Representatives of Manchester United attacker Tahith Chong have confirmed that the Dutchman wants to join Werder Bremen.
“He wants to go to the Bundesliga and to Bremen. He will tell Manchester that,” Erkan Alkan told Bild.
The Bundesliga club don’t have the funds to sign the Dutchman permanently but want to bring Chong to the club on a two-year loan deal.
According to DeichStube, negotiations are in the advanced stages after his entourage met with Werder sporting director Frank Baumann on Tuesday.
