Tottenham Hotspur have identified Wout Weghorst (Wolfsburg), Timo Werner (RB Leipzig), Paco Alcácer and Mario Götze (Borussia Dortmund) as alternatives to Willian José, according to Bild’s Christian Falk.
The Premier League club want to bring in a striker in January to replace the injured Harry Kane, with Willian José high on their wishlist.
However, negotiations to buy the Real Sociedad forward are complicated and it’s understood Tottenham have compiled a list of Bundesliga players, their plan B.
