Christian Falk reports today that Thiago and Bayern Munich have reached an agreement regarding a contract extension with the deal expected to made announced later this week.
The Spaniard was at Bayern Munich’s Säbener Straße yesterday on a non-training day, which is likely to be when both parties came to an agreement.
Thiago told La Vanguardia last week that he would like to end his playing career in Munich, should there be an opportunity to do so.
Bayern Munich recently extended the contract of Thomas Müller whilst making Hansi Flick their permanent head coach. New deals for David Alaba and Manuel Neuer are still ongoing.
