Simon Falette’s Fenerbahce may be over before it’s even started, according to Sky Germany.
The 27-year-old Eintracht Frankfurt defender joined Fenerbahce on loan until the end of the season but financial difficulties due to the new Süper Lig spending regulations means that no new players can be registered at the minute.
Fenerbahce must let a high earner go in order to cut salary costs or they may be forced to cancel the loan of Falette, who also received interest from FC Köln this window.
