Official | Stuttgart sign 16-year-old Stoke City attacker Mohamed Sankoh

Bundesliga returnees VfB Stuttgart have announced the signing of 16-year-old attacker Mohamed Sankoh from Stoke City on a five-year contract.

According to Kicker, Stuttgart paid a training allowance of €150,000 and the Bundesliga club will have to pay Stoke City a compensation fee. The Dutchman also trained with Chelsea, who opted against signing the youngster.

“We are happy to be able to win Mo, a highly-gifted attacking talent, thanks to joint efforts from all those responsible for sports and to further promote his high development potential in the next few years,” said Stuttgart sporting director Thomas Krucken.
