RB Leipzig have this morning announced the signing of 18-year-old attacking-midfielder Lazar Samardžić from Hertha Berlin on a five-year contract.
“Lazar Samardzic is one of the greatest German talents,” said sporting director Markus Krösche. “Although he attracted international interest, we managed to convince him of his pathway at RB Leipzig. We trust Lazar to take the next step with us.”
Kicker report the fee to be around €1 million.
