Sky Germany report this evening that Espanyol midfielder Marc Roca will join Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich for €15 million (initial €9m + €6m in bonuses)
The Spaniard has already been released by the Spanish team to travel to Munich where he will undergo a medical before signing a four-year contract with the option for an extension by a further year.
Bayern Munich had shown previous interest in Roca and were ready to pay €40m for the 23-year-old last summer. Hansi Flick wanted three players (RB, CM and an attacking player) before Monday’s deadline and it looks as though this deal will be wrapped up imminently.
