“Germany stands still. Because of the Corona virus, concerts are canceled, cinemas are closed and football games are banned. Playgrounds are also affected by prohibition rules. Social life, togetherness is severely restricted. At the same time, charitable associations and social institutions, medical personnel and all system-relevant institutions that maintain the supply chain are doing a great job all over Germany – far beyond their personal and economic capacity limits,” read a statement on wekickcorona.com.
