Kevin Volland (Bayer Leverkusen) contract extension talks yet to take place

Kevin Volland’s advisor, Dirk Pietroschinsky, has revealed publicly that contract negotiations at Bayer Leverkusen are yet to begin, according to Kicker.

“As of today, no one has approached us regarding an extension of the contract,” said Pietroschinsky.

Volland has scored nine and created eight this season for Bayer Leverkusen and has interest from Premier League outfit Arsenal.

Per Kicker, Bayer Leverkusen are going places and are an attractive club to play for and remaining at the Bundesliga club is a possibility for Volland.

The 27-year-old has a contract at Bayer until 2027.

Bayer Leverkusen recently extended the contract of 30-year-old midfielder Charles Aranguiz, who had interest from Bayern Munich.
