After being forced off with an ankle injury during their defeat at Bayer Leverkusen, Borussia Dortmund midfielder Julian Brandt nears a return to first team football.
“I’m on a very, very good path,” the 23-year-old told Kicker. “I got through the last week well. Now we have to see whether I’m fit enough for [Werder] Bremen.”
Brandt has made the trip to Bremen.
