Borussia Dortmund have an agreement in place with Birmingham City midfielder Jude Bellingham, according to Sport Bild.
The 16-year-old is being courted by the Bundesliga club with first reports of interest in Bellingham surfacing in March.
Bellingham has played 32 Championship games for Birmingham this season, scoring four and creating three. Manchester United have also shown interest in signing the midfielder.
