Bild report tonight that Hoffenheim are working hard internally to bring former German midfielder Sebastian Rudy back to the club for a third spell.
Both head coach Sebastian Hoeneß and sporting director Alexander Rosen want to add more experience to their squad with the 30-year-old a prime candidate.
Per the report, Hoffenheim are working on a loan deal but would also be open to making a permanent move for Rudy, who would be willing to take a pay cut to join the Sinsheim club.
