Hoffenheim part ways with Alfred Schreuder

Alfred Schreuder and Hoffenheim have parted ways with immediate effect after reaching an agreement to terminate the Dutchman’s contract, the club have confirmed.

“We had different views on important details, so a cooperation beyond the end of the season no longer makes sense,” said Hoffenheim sporting director Alexander Rosen.

Schreuder worked under Julian Nagelsmann and was an internal appointment in the summer following the German’s departure. With four games of the Bundesliga season remaining, Hoffenheim find themselves in seventh and just two points behind Wolfsburg who occupy the Europa League spot.
