Eintracht Frankfurt want to sign André Silva permanently

Eintracht Frankfurt sporting director Fredi Bobic would like to sign 24-year-old forward André Silva from AC Milan on a permanent deal.

“We have a clear intention to keep him beyond the two-year loan but at the moment our wish has to come to terms with the current reality,” Bobic told Gazzetta dello Sport.

Due to the ongoing health crisis, financial restraints are likely to put a cap on club’s spending power across world football.

The Portugal international has dropped hints that he would like to remain in Germany, telling Bild last month: “The people at the club have treated me great. I like the city, the fans, the Bundesliga. So there are many reasons to stay.”
