According to Sportbuzzer, 21-year-old RB Leipzig central defender Dayot Upamecano has agreed a contract extension and will remain at the Bundesliga club for the coming season.
Like the Timo Werner case, Upamecano will sign a contract extension, with his current deal expiring in 2021, and be sold at a later date rather than RB Leipzig risk losing the Frenchman on a free transfer next summer.
Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United had been linked heavily with Upamecano.
