Borussia Mönchengladbach sporting director Max Eberl has insisted that the Bundesliga club don’t need to sell their prized assets even if they miss out on Champions League football.
“We can keep all of the top stars,” Eberl told DPA.
Denis Zakaria, Alassane Pléa and Marcus Thuram have all been courted by Europe’s top clubs but Gladbach are under no financial pressure despite the coronavirus pandemic.
