Borussia Mönchengladbach head coach Marco Rose has praised Borussia Dortmund’s January transfer window, saying Lucien Favre’s side have signed two “important personalities” in Erling Braut Haaland and Emre Can.
“It’s not just about Haaland, but also about his suppliers. Half of his goals were goals after a pass in the middle,” said Rose.
The Austrian tactician also remains hopeful that Marcus Thuram will be fit for the game: “He has trained properly but is not yet fully fit. We have hope that he is on the right track.”
