European giants Benfica and Ajax are showing concrete interest in SC Freiburg goalkeeper Alexander Schwolow, according to Kicker.
The 27-year-old has a contract with the Bundesliga club until 2022 but has an €8 million exit clause.
With the possibility of both Odysseas Vlachodimos (Benfica) and André Onana (Ajax) leaving, Schwolow would likely arrive as the No. 1 goalkeeper.
Kicker suggest that if Schwolow does leave, they will sign Karlsruhe goalkeeper Benjamin Uphoff on a free transfer to provide competition for Mark Flekken.
