Bayern Munich want to sell Corentin Tolisso to make room for Kai Havertz

Bayern Munich have placed Corentin Tolisso on the transfer market with the club looking to sell the Frenchman in the summer window, according to Christian Falk of Sport Bild.

The 25-year-old midfielder is unhappy with his role at Bayern under Hansi Flick whilst the Bundesliga club would be open to selling Tolisso in order to fund a move and to make room for Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Kai Havertz.

Tolisso joined Bayern Munich from Lyon in 2017 and has a contract with the German champions until 2022, but only an improvement in performances would tempt Bayern to change their mind.

According to Kicker, Manchester United made an attempt to sign Tolisso on loan in January. Bayern Munich rejected an approach from the Premier League club due to their small squad size.
